(Registration No. 202601038687 (1700782-U)) carries on the retail trade of a variety of gift items, stationery and lifestyle products, and the supply, wholesale and distribution of gifts, bottles, bags, key pouches, lunch boxes, stationery, books, gift boxes, corporate T-shirts, merchandise and printed materials, as well as the design and branding of corporate gifts, registered in Malaysia with its registered address at T3-02-25, TOWER 3, MAJU LINK, JLN LINGKARAN TENGAH 2, BANDAR TASIK SELATAN, 57000 KUALA LUMPUR, W.P. KUALA LUMPUR.

02 Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, to place an order with us. Business orders must be placed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the ordering business or organisation.

03 Product Information & Pricing

We take reasonable care to describe products and their specifications accurately. All prices on this website are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude delivery, which is quoted separately. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error.

04 Cart, Checkout & Order Acceptance

Adding a product to the cart on this website does not reserve stock. Submitting the checkout form takes you to our payment provider to pay for your order. A successful payment is a request to order, not an automatic contract: an order is only accepted once OH MY GOODIES confirms stock and delivery or collection. If we cannot fulfil an order, the amount paid will be refunded.

05 Payment

Orders placed through this website are paid online in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through our payment provider; we do not see or store your card or bank login details. The amount charged is the total of the products in your cart; any delivery charge is confirmed separately by our team. Goods are dispatched or made available for collection once payment has been received. Large or multi-item orders may instead be invoiced by arrangement.

06 Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection are arranged as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes given at confirmation are estimates and not guaranteed.

07 Returns

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

08 Product Information & Use Disclaimer

Product descriptions on this website follow the product listing. Exact colours, finishes and materials may vary slightly by batch or supplier availability and by screen display. Photographs are illustrative of the product style; the “Sold as…” line on each product page states whether the price covers one piece or one set. Please check size, capacity and suitability before you order — for example pack contents, dimensions or bottle and container capacity — and follow the care and safety instructions that come with the product. Insulated bottles, tumblers and food containers are for everyday use as described: check the supplier’s guidance before putting any item in a microwave, oven, dishwasher or freezer, and keep small items, cards and gift fillers away from young children.

09 Corporate, Branding & Multi-Item Orders

Larger or multi-item orders may be subject to separate delivery arrangements and scheduling, as described in our Shipping Policy. The Custom Corporate Gift Box Package and the Corporate Gift Branding Service involve custom work: the contents, artwork, branding details, price and timing are agreed with you in writing (email is sufficient) before work begins, and the client is responsible for ensuring it has the right to use any logo, artwork or wording it supplies. Where an order is large, we may confirm the total, delivery charge and any invoicing terms with you before accepting it.

10 Website Content & Intellectual Property

The OH MY GOODIES name, logo, product images and website content are the property of OH MY GOODIES SDN. BHD. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, OH MY GOODIES SDN. BHD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a delayed or incorrect order, beyond the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
